 some RULES SUCK, some TEACHERS, INCOMPETENT. you may have disagreed with some VALUES IMPOSED by the nuns, but admit it... you miss the school. sometimes, anyway. :-)the time spent with your friends in the quadrangle and covered stage running around like little kids, laughing like there's no tomorrow. or atop the bleachers, while waiting for a program or the first friday mass to start. bonding with your batchmates while practicing for the cheering competition, or for the field demo. pestering them for that darned retreat letter you so desperately want to read come retreat night... these are the moments you wish you can go back to whenever life's being a bitch. having an underground grad ball, or a relationship with someone else, bringing your cellphone to school. laughing about a teacher who mispronounce words because of her visayan accent or lack of communication skills, climbing mountains for field trips. walking around the village, chasing people around the quadrangle and cheering for friends who practiced hard to bring a good cultural show come December. ranting about bio, or the number of stamps you got, standing under the sweltering heat of the sun just to see the flag being raised every single day... these are the things you'll remember the school by. it doesn't matter if you only studied in HFS for a year or you received the loyalty award when you graduated... what matters is that YOU became a part of the community. all together now, ONE HEART ONE SOUL TOGETHER ... im kidding, of course.
